Xentis Application Support Officer in Bulgaria

The successful applicant should have a strong technical background. The responsibilities will include both business as usual and projects work.The principal responsibilities are:• Business as usual support & maintenance of Xentis• Business as usual support & maintenance of Xentis datawarehouse• Providing Xentis functional support to the business such as user administration, fund setup, end users queries and troubleshooting• Support and development of FINAL scripts• Support and maintenance of custom developed applications such as reconciliation process• Support and maintenance of routine scheduled jobs, such as daily file import and exports• Custom report development for the business requests such as client and regulatory reporting, factsheets, AIFMD• Managing projects and changes• Support projects which have tasks associated with applications as required• Managing technical aspects such as certificate renewal process• Resolving applications related tickets logged with the IT service desk.
