You will be responsible to ensure timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting in close relationship with the operational unit and its management. About the team You will work for Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line which is the major Business Unit of Worldline. Merchant Services is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions. Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities include You prepare monthly close package, perform detailed variance analysis on the reported financial information, and research and investigate any significant fluctuations Monthly Business Review support You support all planning activities (Monthly short-term forecast; yearly bottom-up budget construction with operational teams (P&L, Staff, capex)) You perform reviews and reconciliations on reported figures to ensure consistency and integrity of information Prepare ad-hoc reports ( Action Plan preparation/consolidation, costs analysis) You might be involved in other activities as decided by MS Central Controlling Team Signsof success You deliver reliable results in line with the deadlines You review financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies You identify ways of improving your daily work in order to be more efficient and effective Skills we can’t do without You have a Master degree in accounting, finance, business management, economics You have profound experience in a controlling, audit positions or as Corporate finance specialist (3-4 years) You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the and ability to make conclusive summary Good time management and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines You are dynamic, agile and positive, with a proactive mind You are result oriented and focus on quality of delivery Ability to communicate and interact in matrix / multi country environment Good knowledge of SAP and BI tool, good Excel competency Your English is at very good level Skillswe’d like: It would be great if you have the following skills, too: You speak French or any other European language More reasonsto join us In addition to joining a global leader in payments, you can also expect an excellent range of benefits.
