Responsibilities:
- Assist the Laundry Manager in the efficient operation of the laundry services for the family
- Supervise laundry staff, providing training and guidance to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage laundry supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Establish and maintain quality control standards to meet the family's expectations
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Address any laundry-related requests or issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in laundry management or related roles, ideally in a private household or luxury environment
- Thorough knowledge of laundry processes, detergents, and fabric care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits
