What you'll be doing:
•Overviews digital campaign planning process for BU and RO, ensuring timely and correct inputs regarding pricing, merchandising and estimations;
•Works in close cooperation with the E-commerce team, and communication teams across the organization to activate digital promotional events in order to deliver the SEE digital sales targets; undertakes corrective actions during the campaign to ensure targets are met;
•Regularly tracks the online activities of key beauty and digital online retailers, incl. pricing, promotions and sales, to generate insights for the Avon performance;
•Has end-to-end responsibility for ISO planning and execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Master Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration
- Min 2 years experience in e-commerce or campaign planning
- Fluent English
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent communication skills; Work in a team
