As an eCommerce Global Process Manager & Deployment Lead you will drive the adoption of ecommerce newly designed capabilities or programs, as well as participate in the earlier project phases of design, requirements and testing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing online strategies to drive customer adoption for increasing revenue through the online B2B channel. The ideal candidate will possess business skills to manage projects and processes from ideation to implementation, being part of a large project core team or leading medium to high complexity projects.

As a Process Manager you will hold the overall process ownership and be responsible for the process control on the base of the WW defined process KPIs. You will be defining and managing the lower level KPI base for allowing an ongoing control for ensuring a seamless operational execution.

You will work closely with the operational teams on ensuring that:

a.) processes are reflecting the operational needs and being followed properly and

b.) you identify and work on process improvements under a continuous improvement orientation.

The work is also relating to controlling the process KPIs and analysing negative deviations with the corresponding teams.

In a typical day as an eCommerce Global Process Manager & Deployment Lead you would be:

  • Leading or participating in project/program teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, management of change and deployment of new capabilities. 
  • Interact with company's management, stakeholders, and operational teams to drive deployment efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets across Marketing Strategy& Analytics - B2B eCommerce organization.
  • Communicate project and process decisions and plans, status, issues and workarounds in order to achieve alignment with the top level of the business, function, or region.
  • Lead internal programs with medium to significant complexity and risk, provides feedback on programs, and conducts post-project evaluations.
  • Represent the needs of the business, function or region on an ongoing basis to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
  • Lead efforts to utilize standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches. Identifies the need for new processes as part of MOC as well as significant improvements to major processes and drives their development and implementation.
  • Be accountable for key operational metrics for customer adoption and satisfaction within his area of expertise
  • Support or drives deployment strategy and communication plan
  • Responsible for change impact assessment, cross-organization interlocks and stakeholder analysis and engagement
  • Define and monitors the business readiness approach
  • Business process training development & execution
  • Business & IT post-production support plan & resources
  • Measurement and tracking of deployment
  • Utilizes agile or waterfall project management and quality improvement methodologies as appropriate.

About you:

The role requires a strong team work orientation as well as the ability to take a global position across project and program teams and the respective business stakeholders. And overall a close networking with cross functional teams, sharing expert knowledge to drive consistency within the B2B eCommerce functional environment.

Soft skills :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), being able to communicate effectively both on a peer-to-peer level and management or exec level
  • Enthusiastic self-starter and driven
  • Flexibility and agility to juggle with competing priorities as well as switch between process and project management dynamic bodies of work
  • Team player who can demonstrate “We before I” and excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to build strong network of peers and stakeholders
  • Good analytical and problem solving thinking and having as well the ability to zoom out for a bigger picture of the business context
  • Strong business acumen; business degree or equivalent training and experience is a plus( i.e. PMP, LSS, Agile management)
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Expertise:

  • Experience in process and/or project management, business analysis, problem solving and/or process development& automation as an actual process/project manager or SME in larger projects
  • Expertise in the B2B eCommerce environment, significant plus if possesses knowledge in ecommerce solutions or platforms( i.e. Hybris/ SalesCloud/ Commerce Cloud) or in SAP Hana, ERP implementations
  • Experienced with Microsoft suite especially Excel/ Access, Sharepoint, Visio and project management tools

Would be a plus if you possess previous experience in:

  • Management of change and/or business readiness assessments
  • Regional or global position or had a previous role working with multiple teams, business units or workstreams that allowed to build an E2E operational picture
  • Multi-cultural environment within a regional or global company.
