As an Offshore Delivery Lead, you will lead a highly skilled software team in delivering innovative mobile and web applications that make up CNH Industrial’s next generation digital platform. The digital platform is integrated with connected CNH Industrial tractors, sprayers and combines to enable wide range of farm management capabilities. Primary responsibilities include working closely with product management and leading offshore delivery from software developers working on the design, development, testing and deployment of our next generation applications and existing product lines. You will undertake all assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively and professionally in accordance with company, team and customer expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with cross functional stakeholders in Product Management and Precision Technology teams to ensure delivery within quality, schedule and budgetProvide visibility and transparency regarding the status of all active projectsHandle complex inter-team dependencies and bridge the gaps in technical managementLeverage your expertise to identify and define the most critical priorities and critical path deliverablesIncrease team productivity by removing obstacles and keeping processes leanMaintain urgency by ensuring there is strong collaboration with relevant business and technical teamsRegularly assess risks and opportunities; understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating, with a focus on simplification and productivityEncourage collaboration and maintain focus on strategic directions and goals by ensuring a shared understanding within the teamPromote innovation amongst all team members; along with incorporating features that are commercially viable to become part of the product portfolio.Perform tasks as specified by the Director – High Growth Markets & ISECommunicate effectively with all stakeholdersOther related duties as required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience12+ years of enterprise program management, product delivery, delivering customer value with cross-functional alignment with best in class Customer Experience.5+ years of Global Precision Agriculture experience (highly desirable)Strong experience as a technical leader working with medium sized teams.Experience in managing software development process & delivery by large software development teams in project/product environmentsExperience developing process where little exists, and demonstrated flexibility to get things doneExperienced in building WBS and solution complexity decomposition, estimationExperience collaborating in a global, highly cross-functional environment. (including cultural differences, market trends, customer needs, localization regulations) where communication with multiple groups is imperativeExperience in negotiating and collaboratively developing solutions with other stakeholdersProven track record of managing complex, cross functional technical initiativesDemonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutionsDetail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem solving abilities to meet objectives Skills Required: Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of state-of-the-art architecture and technologies used in distributed Cloud Application development (Azure preferred) including but not limited to – databases, browser & mobile front-ends (apps), server-side development, developing and scaling of microservices, event driven architectures, messaging, API management, scalability & resilience, data engineering, analyticsAbility to learn and participate in ongoing development of CNHi digital platform Salary will depend on your experience.
