Finance Business Controller in Timisoara

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in planning the financial statements (budget, forecast, strategic plan) and reporting to the group;
  • Monthly reporting and analysis with qualitative explanations of the company results over the P&L performance - analyzes against budget / forecast and identifying impacts on the plant;
  • Advises top management on financial resources and operation costs; makes recommendation for improving cost control;
  • Develops, revises and ensures compliance with financial procedures so as to meet the needs of the organization;
  • Productivity analyses, various reconciliations, ad-hoc reports;
  • Monthly coordination meetings with the local stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous professional experience in similar roles of minimum 5 years;
  • Very good knowledge of Ms. Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
  • Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus;
  • Work experience in SAP;
  • Proactive & independent, expressing ideas in a clear succinct and transparent manner
  • Analytical thinking ability (data mining)
  • High autonomy and leading changes toward the organization
  • Curious and willingness to understand complex industrial processes;
