Responsibilities:
- Participate in planning the financial statements (budget, forecast, strategic plan) and reporting to the group;
- Monthly reporting and analysis with qualitative explanations of the company results over the P&L performance - analyzes against budget / forecast and identifying impacts on the plant;
- Advises top management on financial resources and operation costs; makes recommendation for improving cost control;
- Develops, revises and ensures compliance with financial procedures so as to meet the needs of the organization;
- Productivity analyses, various reconciliations, ad-hoc reports;
- Monthly coordination meetings with the local stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous professional experience in similar roles of minimum 5 years;
- Very good knowledge of Ms. Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
- Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus;
- Work experience in SAP;
- Proactive & independent, expressing ideas in a clear succinct and transparent manner
- Analytical thinking ability (data mining)
- High autonomy and leading changes toward the organization
- Curious and willingness to understand complex industrial processes;
