Google Ads Manager in Oradea

We are looking to welcome to our team a full-time Google Ads Manager to come in and help with sales and marketing strategy through this important channel.Our team is incredibly passionate, supportive, open to learning, happy to take constructive criticism and implement it. We’re looking for someone who can match that energy and help us scale.Main responsibilities:- The main task is creating reports to present our performance to the higher management,- Creating reports to follow and track the performance of campaigns, spot picks, and act on it- Analyse competition trends- Analyse our previous performance vs. the current one- Maintain target ROI across all campaigns- Communication and cooperation with SEA (PPC) agencies for all the countries, maintaining their work, giving them instructions and strategy- Communication with all other departments to maintain workflow and improve campaign success- Creating product feeds for shopping and dynamic campaigns- Negotiation and selection of the Agencies for PPC- Taking care of the Invoicescomming from the agencies, checking and forwarding to the Accounting Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, or advertising- Minimum 2 years practical experience with Google Ads- Excellent planning and organizational skills- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others- Strong presentational and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- A positive and enthusiastic attitude- Proficiency in English- GTM- GT4- Google Search Console- Microsoft Office & Goole Suite experienceWhat can we offer you?- Great culture - friendly and emphasizes both teamwork and fun- Our company is home to over 18 nationalities- Interesting, challenging & growing company for you to grind your skills- In-house training and team building eventsLocations: Timisoara, Baia Mare, Oradea, Cluj, Sibiu, Agnita, Medias,Resita
