We are looking for a Head of Human Resources department to join our plant in Codlea and be responsible for all Human Resources topics directly and through the organizational chart. A positive mindset, adaptability to different profiles and situations, highly client oriented and sense of humor will make you the perfect fit for us. Responsibilities: Management and general coordination of local human resources activities and team; Partnering with local management team and support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction; Drives and monitors the implementation of the company's human resources strategy and working procedures; Represents the company in relations with local authorities related to personnel activity and employees' representatives; Coordinates local workforce planning, blue – collar recruitment, admin activities, induction and onboarding of new employees, performance evaluation, employee relations and implements engagement and retention actions; Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement and vacation; Handles workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. Requirements: University degree in business administration/social sciences; Experience in a similar role and background in automotive is an advantage; MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) – advanced level and ERP knowledge (SAP)– would be a plus; Labor legislation and Compensation and Benefits knowledge; Fluent English language skills; Strong leadership, process-oriented thinking, conflict management and flexibility.
