The focus is on implementation basedon digital planning and simulations, introduction of NewWork, and always withan eye on deadlines and adherence to budgets.•As anactive member of the management team, you are a driver for the furtherdevelopment of the organization.•You takeover the demand-oriented flexibilization and are responsible for maintainingprofitability.•You trackthe key figures for cost, quality, and on-time production execution within theframework of store floor management and initiate and monitor necessarycorrections.•You willplay an active role in the strategic development of engine production, bymanaging and coaching the value stream managers assigned to this task. You willalso coach employees about increasing demands in the timely andquality-oriented execution of projects.Your profile for "making the future possible”•The basisfor your success is a successfully completed degree as Dipl. Ing. or Master ora comparable education in the field of mechanical engineering / industrialengineering.•You arelooking forward to contributing your many years of relevant experience in thefield of production and logistics in the product business to our company, e.g.,from the mechanical engineering, automotive, etc. sectors.
