Position Summary:

The Coordinator, Human Resources is responsible for the administrative support within the Human Resources department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains HR records (Employment contract, Notices, Changes, Regular medical check-ups, Organization Charts. etc.)
  • Admin support for hiring processes (specific employment documents, HR System data entry, employment medical examination)
  • Update employee data into the HR system (leaves, salary changes, functions, departments, cost centres, etc.);
  • Maintain the relationship with main HR external partners (Smartree, Regina Maria, Sodexo etc.)
  • Provide to the payroll services company all the necessary information and data in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • Prepare specific payroll and admin related reporting
  • Inputs and maintains HR database.
  • Provides HR support as required and directed by Senior HR team.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve HR processes.
  • Arranges domestic and international business and travel schedules.
  • Assists with the day to day administration of the HR department.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations; always stay up-to-date with labour law related issues
  • Complies with and fulfils any other task or duty given or required by the direct supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management and associates, including HR colleagues, Sr. Executives and Business leaders.
  • Previous experience with HR systems

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Advanced understanding of Romanian labour law
  • Advanced level of English
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • HR Inspector certification
