S/he ensures a high level of HR data quality and service to the function and provides operational support to the key HR processes and initiatives tailored to the strategic priorities of the function. Job Dimensions & Scope HR data management & administrative support for the BU/Central function Employee of the function are based across Europe and the main point of contact will be the HR Business Partner. Principal Accountabilities Compensation & Benefits Updates the HR systems and tracking files to maintain a high level of HR data accuracy and highlights any error or inconsistency Supports the HR Business Partner on MIP/SIP/BDIP and Merit processes Reviews the Job architecture across the function and flags any inconsistency or new requirements Talent Development Supports the smooth flow of the performance cycle, including goals setting, mid-year review and year-end. Manages data and compliance of MIP/SIP-related TMS goals AND provides regular reports to the HR business partners and HRDs Follows up on onboarding plans and organizes ad hoc meetings with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations; ensures Day 1 preparation (welcome packs, accesses, benefits, etc) Participates and supports the data input/output to talent councils across the function Keeps the training plan & training records up-to-date and manages the attendance schedule –administration of the 360-feedback survey Supports in talent acquisition activities as part of his/her development, including candidate’s management and interviews where applicable Assists/participates in the trainings for the BU populations delivered by the HRBP Talent Council – assists in the co-ordination of the BU Wide L4 Talent Councils and Presentation Packs, combining files, consolidating the data after TC meetings. Can play a selected role in the rest of the talent council process. Tracks TC actions and dashboard (such as trainings) Record Management Maintains the organization charts up to date and connects with HROS for updates Connects with local HR contact to ensure data compliance (incl. profile creations in relevant HR systems, contract addendums collection etc.) Keeps track of all headcount movements and adherence to budget MMR reporting – consolidation of MMR for BU Manages internal announcements HR Analytics Dashboard and ad hoc reporting for the BU Engagement Leads the governance process for engagement actions Roll-out Pulse survey Major Challenges & Complexities The scope of the function covers multiple countries and therefore multiple payrolls and HR contacts; Different dynamics within each functional area. Evolving in a matrix organisation, incl. contacts with central HR support teams (HR O&S, Talent Acquisition, Learning etc.) Qualifications/Requirements Formal Qualifications and Experience Degree level education 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience Ideally with an HR background through studies or an interest in HR management Fluent spoken & written English Specific Skills and Abilities Strong customer focus and collaborative spirit Analytical skills Strong IT skills (with strong focus on Excel skills incl.
