About the role… We are seeking a talented and future-oriented Workplace Specialist to design Kendrion’s future workplace. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization, and you will have the chance to make a significant impact from the outset.Location The position may be based in a European country where Kendrion has an office (Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania), either based in the office or remote. Part-time (70%-100%) or adapted working times will also be considered for this position. Due to the nature of work the candidate should live in the European Union with the legal right to work (natural or with a visa). Main Tasks & Responsibilities Own and improve the processes of our workplace environment, including but not limited to DaaS, Intune, Autopilot and our global VOIP Communication Platform Collaborate closely with our partners, providing guidance and pushing them to excel Ensure our users have access to the necessary knowledge and resources Foster a continuous learning environment, working alongside our users to improve and optimize processes on a daily basis. As Kendrion operates globally, occasional travel within Europe (2-4 times a year) may be necessary Does this sound like an exciting and challenging opportunity?
