Office Assistant. in Bucuresti

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Support Team, who will contribute to the optimal functioning of our Bucharest Office. The main objectives of the position will be related to Front Desk and entry level Admin tasks. The profile we are looking for should be energetic, creative, with good time management skills and desire to learn. This job will be a full-time position with mainly Work From Office activities, on afternoon shift - 12:00-20:00. Typical tasks: Front desk activities (calls, correspondence, receiving orders & packages, welcoming visitors). Transmits, processes, records, distributes correspondence and messages from partners, clients, suppliers and employees. Takes phone calls from the office. Keeps in touch with suppliers for office materials, purchases and consumables and places monthly orders with them. Proposes optimizations and actively participates in solving problems related to the good functioning of the work environment and supports its improvement. Collaborates directly with the HR and Office Admin in the processing and reporting of documents on the admin & office side. Is the dedicated person for informing employees, maintaining and optimizing procedures regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR). Keeps the confidentiality of all data to which it has access to. Completes other tasks shared by the hierarchical superior in the realization of the short-medium term strategies of the company within the limits of compliance with the legal basis. RequirementsTechnical skills: Microsoft Office suite knowledge. English Level - at least B2. Relevant courses are an advantage. Experience in the field is an advantage, not a must. Soft skills: Good written and verbal communication skills. Energetic person with initiative and creativity. Analytical mindset, with attention to details. Time management skills.
