Oracle Product Manager in Sibiu

Responsibilities WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE? Owns the product strategy & associated product lifecycle (Oracle Cloud: ERP, EPM). Is accountable for the product’s strategic direction. Creates and maintains the product backlog and ensures the roadmap is aligned with the company’s priorities and objectives. Is responsible for defining which features/capabilities will be present in the product release and for properly assessing and managing the impact that the product may bring to the business. Creates, maintains & and approves the release schedule for all product evolutions. Works with vendors to understand the product roadmap & recognizes opportunities for the business. Defines change initiatives that will exploit such opportunities for Endava. Works with Business Analysts & Solution Architects to establish requirements baselines. Ensures changes to requirements are investigated and managed appropriately in both project or continuous improvement streams. Qualifications and Experience WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's Degree and a postgraduate qualification 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, stakeholders’ management, and demand management Is highly experienced in communication with clients at all levels, individually and in groups Have demonstrated skills across the Product Management life cycle Good knowledge of financial processes & their configuration (Oracle Fusion Cloud) Desire to expand the knowledge on the Oracle product suits Additional Information BENEFITS: Competitive salary package.
