Position Overview In order to further strengthen our Marketing team in Romania we are currently looking for a: Product Manager Patisserie (Tunari, Ilfov) Reporting directly to the Marketing manager, you will be responsible for the development and coordination of the Patisserie product portfolio (patisserie-confectionery) and, implicitly, the development of the Patisserie segment in Romania. Furthermore, in this role you will implement the marketing strategy and business plan related to the Patisserie division's product group and propose marketing tactics adapted to the needs of the local market. Key Accountabilities Coordination of the product portfolio Detailed knowledge of the technical and practical specifications of Puratos products in the coordinated category Definition and implementation of product strategies, planning & execution of the marketing plan adapted to each type of client: Artisans, Bakery Chains, Retail, Industrial. Product and portfolio life cycle management and defining the need for renewal and innovation Periodic analysis of the sales performance of the monitored product group, with proposed actions to improve sales. Product portfolio coordination, including product positioning & pricing strategies, new product launches, post-launch monitoring. Development of promotion, communication and trade-marketing campaigns (POS materials) for the coordinated product group Market Intelligence Collection and analysis of market information for the coordinated product category, at customer – competition – consumer – company level. Carrying out / coordinating the market studies necessary for the development of product strategies, by choosing the right methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and interpreting the results Using and understanding market data, trends and perspectives in proposing new innovative products, concepts, actions and business growth opportunities. Understanding the competitive environment and defining market shares based on data collected from the market Use and integration of available tools and external databases in product and customer management Communication & relationship with partners: Develop and execute marketing communications plans, activations, campaigns or activities to support sales on the coordinated product category. Developing effective marketing approach for key customers, including necessary product information and market trends Creation of descriptive briefs on the basis of which the collaborating agencies will develop proposals for marketing & communication activities Liaising with service providers and marketing products – establishing the need for products/services, the budget and the deadline for realization and delivery Required Competencies Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or business development Experience in marketing 3 to 4 years Knowledge of project management: planning, organization, budgeting Fluent English (oral and written) Digital marketing knowledge is a plus (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager) Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills Good communication and presentation skills Ability to make things happen (proactive, practical, dynamic, flexible, pragmatic) Customer orientation Watch our corporate movie and feel the Puratos Magic: #LI-ND1
