Your new challengesDevelop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce, aligning it with the company's overall business goals and objectives.Identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Collaborate with various teams and functional management to achieve business, operational and strategy objectives. MBA or equivalent is a plus.Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, functionality, and best practices. Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and familiar to Salesforce Lightning component-based frameworkNice to have experience with Salesforce Einstein, Pardot, CPQStrong communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExceptional organizational and project management skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet project deadlinesStrong leadership and collaboration abilities. Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Proven experience working in an agile development environment.
