About the project: In the Cluster CCS (Cross Channel Services) we are delivering cross functional services for implementations in the CCB / Onlinebanking Platform of Commerzbank. CCS is enabling, testing and implementing functional and non-functional requirements in J2EE Plattform in an agile approach. We are working in agile team using following technologies: Linux/Unix, Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins and more. Our team consist of DevOps Engineers, Business Expert, Scrum Master and Product Owner. You will be responsible for Developing a product and process visionCreating the product backlog, determining the sprint backlog prior to every sprint through prioritization by business value and customer benefitsEnsuring stable operations as per the service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and the regulatory requirements, e.g. in connection with the backlogManaging the relationship with customers/stakeholdersMaintaining early recognition of impending problems; gaining an understanding of overall context and consequences above and beyond the urgent problem; development of new and innovative problem-solving approachesActively managing the product with focus on production stabilityGiving advice to the team in infrastructural and architectural mattersImproving products, services, processes and systems Alternative tasks: Organizing and being responsible for a meaningful assessment of the user stories, conduct acceptance of the sprint result prior to presentation in the review meeting, define acceptance criteria for user stories prior to sprint planning and obtain commitment of the team for the sprint backlogTaking responsibility for ROI of the product or processSharing expert knowledge with colleagues (also outside the Cluster) Which technology & skills are important for us?
