From this office will be responsible for managing different functions on behalf of the NTT Ltd countries in Europe, including Finance Operations, Contract Management and Order Management. The Senior Sales Support & Administration Team Lead supervises, manages and coordinates the work of a team of Sales Support Administrators in fulfilling the quote to cash process in support of the Sales function. Directs and coordinates incumbents responsible for the processing of sales orders. Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders. Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when necessary. Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Working at NTT Key roles and responsibilities: Manages incoming work requests and make work assignments to team members and evaluate due dates, complexity and ensure work is distributed evenly across the team. Proactively support the administrative and sales order needs of the sales force to ensure ongoing successful business partner relationship. Work with the Sales Administration team to track order modifications and completion. Ensure team members adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs. Ensure exceptional quality and customer service standards of team are achieved and maintained through quality process monitoring and individual performance and development plans. Proactively review and update all resource management plan relating to operations management. Manage escalations from different stakeholders to resolution and ensure smooth flow of communication with external and internal stakeholders. Mentor new hires and ensure they achieve competency in the process. Support Team manager in cross skilling and up skilling initiatives. Conduct regular refresher in order to bridge the knowledge gap and update team on changes in policies/procedures to ensure retention of information by the team members. Conduct analysis for queries and errors to help Team manager in formulating action plan around it. Identify continuous process improvement & implement changes. Manage or participate in special project driving implementation of new process/ tools/transformation activities, process improvements etc. Create, maintain and regularly update process manuals if required. Any other duties and responsibilities which will be assigned by the management or superior as and when necessary. What will make you a good fit for the role? Knowledge, skills and attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to schedule work, delegate and monitor progress of others Comfortable working with senior level colleagues including sales leads, etc Professional and responsible approach to work, clients and associates Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Solid knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies would be advantageous Ability to use judgement to make decisions about work process and apply improvements Experience required: Proven track record as a team lead Previous Experience in a Sales Support role Good Problem-Solving skill. Proficient in English & Microsoft applications. Shared service centre experience is preferable.
