Senior System Engineer – R&D Safety As a Senior System Engineer you will be part of our R&D Product Engineering and Architecture team in Haleon’s Poland Tech Hub in Poznań. In this role you will be responsible for developing, building, and implementing IT solutions for the R&D Safety applications, hosted on Veeva Vault Platform and Azure Cloud IaaS and PaaS components. This position includes development and delivery of tech solutions to support business requirements and management of code and configuration created for SaaS and PaaS tech products. Key responsibilities include solution design, delivery and implementation management in adherence to Haleon software quality and security standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Developing and building IT solutions for the for the R&D Safety applications. Addressing and resolving bugs and technical issues. Providing support to users of the R&D Safety Product and its SaaS, PaaS and IaaS components by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting user-reported issues, and offering guidance and training to ensure smooth and effective usage of the applications. Overseeing the management and maintenance of the tech platforms supporting the R&D Safety applications. Contributing to the design and architecture of the systems supporting the R&D Safety applications Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the R&D Safety applications and related systems. Why you? Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Software Development. 10+ years of experience in Information Technology. 5+ years of professional application development utilizing SaaS – preferably Veeva Vault Platform, Veeva CRM or Saleforce.com. 2+ years of experience in supporting systems hosted on Azure Cloud Platform. 2+ years of employment in Tech Organizations supporting Pharma, Life Sciences – Preferably in R&D Domain. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
