SW Test Management Engineer with German - remote in Sibiu

What to expect: - Takeover or support of sub-projects: e.g. test management for HV systems such as HV storage, HV drives, HV charging equipment, etc. - Independent scheduling and project coordination - Test planning, tracking of test progress and preparation of status reports - Organization and coordination of prototypes incl. preparation for domestic & international trials - Provision of test hardware such as HV systems, control units and SW components - Documentation and archiving of test results - Preparation and execution of SW releases - Independent execution and participation in appointments and committees as department representative What you bring along: - Degree in mechanical, electrical, automotive or industrial engineering - Basic understanding of electric drivetrains and HV-batteries - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Excellent organizational talent - Enthusiasm for electromobility - Familiar with automotive engineering processes - High motivation, flexibility and result orientation - First experience and knowledge in project management and software testing - Open minded, also for a distinct error culture - Advanced knowledge in office programs, planning tools- Advanced English and German language knowledge.  What we offer: Mentoring program Flexible working hours Training on-the Job Attractive compensation Bonuses Team-oriented work Mentoring program Flexible working hours Training on-the Job Attractive compensation Bonuses Team-oriented work
