Shape & Create - And make it happen!Team Lead Decoration Unit Dining and LifestyleAs Team Lead you will be responsible for the coordination and control of daily operations in production, especially in the kiln area, in compliance with Concern principles, including Quality Management System rules.Responsible for the achievement of quantity/quality/cost targets in the area of responsibility and for the smooth running of activities within the production unit. Your tasks:-Coordinates and supervises production activities in area of responsibility in compliance with Concern principles, including Quality Management System standards.-Ensures achievement of productivity indicators and delivery of budgeted production volumes-Responsible for the achievement of quantity/quality/cost targets in the area of responsibility (KPI's)-Quality control of decorated and fired parts- planning and organising the loading, sorting and packing activity-Oven operation and maintenance control in general (monitoring activities: oven loading/unloading; temperature; pressure, etc.)-Collaboration with the responsible persons in Merzig and Mondial in charge of the furnace.-Responsible for training and onboarding of new employees in area of responsibility.-Responsible for the administration, training and evaluation of subordinate staff. Responsible for legal regulations and operational requirements (e.g. correct use of work equipment).-Ensures compliance with technological production processes (flow, technical specifications, etc.)-Responsible for planning and coordination with team leaders.-Supply of materials necessary to carry out production and work tools.-Implement projects and new technologies in the production area of responsibility.-Responsible for the smooth running of the storage and delivery of parts.Requirements:- Technical University degree- Professional experience in production activity (ceramics industry is a advantage)- Team work skills and very good communications skills- Digital competence- Fluent in English; German language can be a plus- Correct and reliable person- Willing to travel on official business trips and open for future international assignments.Only selected candidates will be contacted.Think outside the box with us! #shapeandcreate
