Account Manager

Duties and responsibilities:
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling.
- Operates as point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct presentations of new services/products as well as delivered results presentations
- Work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
- Able to handle in a positive manner complains/objections received from clients
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services according to agreed timing and requests
- Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics
- Min 3year experience in a similar position: Sales (BTB) or Marketing
- Proficient in English, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (including verbal and non-verbal) and active listening skills
- Analytical skills, good with numbers
- Careful attention to detail and time management
- Availability for travelling (aprox. 30% of time)
