This is a remote position.
- For Applicants who reside and are authorized to work in Romania.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as processing, recording, and collecting invoices for agency bill policies and related changes.
- Verification of policies, broker invoices and monthly statements, finance company reports to ensure completeness and accuracy, and broker payable reconciliation.
- Accounting assistance including billing of clients, customer refunds and broker payables.
- Handling customer inquiries about billing via both email & phone calls.
- Handling of pre-cancel notices from insurance carriers, contacting those customers and/or agents.
- Coordination with other departments, finance companies and brokers.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects within the accounting department.
Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting or related field.
- English fluency is a must (written and verbal).
- Accounting or related experience minimum 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal departments. Teamwork.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & Word) and PC skills.
