Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor change request/ business requests for local and corporate applications
- Provide support and ensure user acceptance tests for ERP systems
- Identify and solve the technical or functional errors (incl. by addressing them to service providers)
- Create a full suite of requirements, both business, technical and non-functional together with all stakeholders (i.e.business or external service providers)
Ideal candidate:
- Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL – PL/SQL
- Experience in supporting ERP applications
- Ability to understand business processes and connect them to IT Systems logic
- Ability to understand and prioritize the needs of the customer
- Ability to use simplicity in complex projects
- Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently
- High interest in continuous learning and development( new tools, technologies, methodologies)
- Ability to create proof of concepts together with the clients
- Self-motivation to achieve consistently high quality results
- Very good analytical skills and open to ideas and new challenges
