Area Sales Manager ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation in Bucuresti

Location: BucharestJoin our dynamic sales team and become responsible of managing the sales and service in the segment of Technical insulation of ROCKWOOL Group in Romania.You will report to Sales manager and you will work in close cooperation with our factory, customer service, and logistic, providing superior service to our clients.Main tasks and responsibilities:Follow up of existing customers: dealers specialized in the segment of technical insulation;Developing of new contacts in relation to the described segment. Target contacts are mainly insulation contractors local and international, installation companies, investors and owners of industrial plans mainly through the maintenance departments and engineering offices;Assists and supports with technical details the dealers in their efforts to push our products in the market;Providing training and support the dealer’s sales team;Contacts and maintains relationship with specifiers for process installation;Negotiates contracts with dealers and final customers;Following customers payment behaviour and securing payment on due time;Providing back-up for any of colleagues in the sales team;Contributing to marketing planning and proposing marketing actions covering his segment.Secures yearly action plans with clearly defined objectives;Secures adequate information about RO market, competitors and target groups;Gathers sufficient market intelligence both on overall market development as well as on competitor's development to secure solid foundations for decision making;This is who you are:Technical or economic university graduateExperience in installations in construction or process industryExperience in B2B with strong commercial focusFluent in English and RomanianWillingness to travel mainly in RO (more than 50% of the time)
