Responsibilities:
• Looking for new customers and business possibilities
• Maintain and develop professional and business relationship with existing customers (channel partners, advisors and end users)
• Fulfil administrative tasks related to the management of customer relationships
• Develop customer need of purchase for products and services of Nufarm
• Prepare and execute seminars, lectures and demonstration biological trials for customers (both end users and channel partners)
• Maintain and develop relationship with channel partners
• Prepare and execute marketing communication actions
• Fulfil sales targets
• Record turnover data and drive development of it
• Identify the partners in the assigned area and establish strategic partnerships
• Time to time execute inventory check (main warehouse and/or consignment stock)
• Collect and share market information (competitors, market situation and trend, etc.)
• Based on the requirement of the company prepare reports to the Country Manager
• Responsible for forecasting/planning sales and accounts receivable in the area
• To conduct any other reasonable task associated with the activities of the position

Requirements:
• Higher agricultural education
• Proven 5-10 years of work experience as an Area Sales Manager
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent selling, keen negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Creative thinking required to solve delivery & scheduling problems
• Provide a trusted service culture that is accepted by all stakeholders
