Associate Materials Team Manager in Oradea

Purpose Statement: The Associate Material Team Manager will play a crucial role in supporting MTM's with all customer facing activity.At the Material Managers’ discretion, the Associate Material Team Manager will be assigned a portfolio of customers, and will act as the customer liaison for the focus factory, representing both the Strategic and Tactical Materials organization.The Associate Material Team Manager will ensure our ERP system is set up for successful execution, through driving closure of quote implementation actions and managing ECO activity within their portfolio of customers.The Associate Material Team Manager will facilitate seamless communication between various departments to meet our customers demanding requirements.Key Job Accountabilities:Support MTM's - Collaborate closely with customer facing MTM's to understand material requirements, priorities and deadlines.System Maintenance - Assist in set up and maintenance of ERP parameters, to ensure readiness for effective execution.Change Management - Coordinate ECO's & PCN activity for assigned customers.Coordination - Collaborate with cross functional teams, including planning, production and procurement to ensure everyone is aligned on the status of key issue components.Additional Accountabilities:Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize material management process.
