At OutSystems (Contractor), in Lisbon, PortugalExpires at: 2022-08-11Remote policy: Full remoteLocation:  EMEA/Fully Remote English Level: B2/C1 - fluentAvailability: Immediately or 30 daysDuration:  12 months (Possible internalization after 12 months) In the course of your job we expect you to:● Develop and evolve a test automation strategies, implement plans, and maintain automation test data● Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed● Lead the execution of the automated tests and manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation● Be capable to act as a hands-on quality expert● Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date● Identify and report to product teams questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies, as well as chase their resolution● Document and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework● Assist in the identification, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process● Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development● Drive quality engineering practices, risk management and continuous improvement in your team● Assist Digital Delivery Teams in assuring great Quality marks on everything they deliver● Collaborate in the evolution of Continuous Integration / Continuous Development practices● Collaborate and liaison with multiple teams - R&D, InfoSec, TechOps, Digital Delivery, Experts, Cloud and Service Delivery - inside the organization in order to build superior quality software for customers - internal and external● Use the right processes to ensure end-user satisfaction, delivery quality, and for service-level requirements to be met● Continuously focus on incremental improvements of functionality, usability, performance, automation, and securityMain requirements We think you’ll be a good fit if you have these skills and traits:● Comprehensive knowledge and experience in continuous integration and delivery, testing, and quality assurance systems and ecosystems (mandatory)● Experience in automation testing, including the design, development, and execution of automated & manual tests scripts (min. 3 years)● Strong working knowledge of Selenium with Java programming● Passionate about Quality and obsessed with Digital Experiences● Solid experience in at least one version control system (Git)● Experienced using application lifecycle management tools (Jira)● Highly collaborative style with proven ability to gather consensus and take action● Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people have good verbal and written communication skills● A high degree of initiative, responsibility and assertiveness. Nice to haveISTQB certification is valued.
