As a Michelin intern, you will:
Assist your colleagues in various HR activities such as:
Handle administrative tasks related to fitting tires or equipment on company or employee vehicles (including bicycles), as well as closing files when vehicles are sold or no longer used.
Answer phone calls from employees or service centers and provide support or updates.
Register orders for tires in the system and send confirmations to the relevant service centers.
Keep track of technical and personal data in the system to ensure accurate records.
Process reimbursements and claims related to tire damage or vehicle issues.
Check and validate invoices from partner centers and take further steps if needed.
Archive documents and keep everything organized according to company rules.
Help resolve employee complaints or escalate them if they are more complex.
