Responsibilities
- Act as the professional face of the company, presenting games with expert knowledge and high-quality delivery.
- Engage and interact with players in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an entertaining experience.
- Maintain a professional image at all times by adhering to the companys grooming and presentation policies.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in all games while strictly following brand guidelines.
- Keep high energy levels throughout your performance, especially during games that require a more animated style.
- Play an active role in the company's continuous improvement plans to support future growth and success.
Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (C2 level) and fluency in English (C1 level).
- Exceptional presenting skills with an enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Flexibility to work within a 24/7 service pattern, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent people skills for this customer-facing role.
- Ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and maintain accuracy during live broadcasts.
- Highly reliable with an excellent record for attendance and timekeeping.
