Business Analyst in Constanţa

Your role in the team: serve as a analytical expert, product evangelist, and the bridge between the customer and project team; work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities; analyze metrics to understand customer needs and product performance facilitating communication, coordinating, planning, and executing across teams and business partners; facilitating design, planning, and implementation workshops with internal and external stakeholders; building and maintaining a successful relationship with teams and business partners; regular contributions to product backlog, reviewing past stories and creating new ones; capturing additional requirements; capturing action items and following up; reviewing PBI reports and apps which have been produced based on your requirements; walking the client through the sprint results; working with developers to make sure requirements are well understood and reflected well in sprint scope. Knowledge Level and qualifications: professional experience as Business Analyst; ability to work independently and managing the project; excellent understanding of Agile Methodologies; excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level); eager to work closely with customer stakeholders in a corporate environment; strong team cooperation skills, engagement in company’s life and development; work experience in contact with a business client; ability to effectively combine the needs of the client and the team.
