The Future is You!Specifically, you will be required to: As a Business Analyst, you will ensure the link between the company's IT technology and its business and operational objectives. You will help the business to implement technical solutions by determining the requirements of a project/program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and partners. Research, analyze and evaluate requirements for enhancing the existing or for developing new IT applications and operating systems, design, develop, test and maintain software solutions to meet these requirements Define and document the functions and business processes of the client Analyze the feasibility and elaborate the requirements for new systems or evolutions of the existing systems Define training material and organize training sessions if needed for the tools in the team’s perimeter Recommend solutions for implementation, in collaboration with other internal actors Coordinate and contribute to UAT tests Manage complex tool issues, identifies possible improvements in the tools, processes or procedures and participates in their implementation, most of the times working with different teams from HR or IT departments and with the vendor teams. You will contribute to projects / evolutions related to HR tools by: o Holding and attending to regular meetings with clientso Collecting functional specificationso Performing Tool configurations/Setupo Following the implementation of other specifications with DEV / vendor teamso Testingo Coordinate the ongoing related activities; Profile required · Professional experienceo Ideally, previous working experience with HR toolso At least 3 years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)o At least 3 years of experience as BA or PM in HR/IT activitieso Agile methodology knowledge and experience (it’s a plus).· Studieso University studies completed (Bachelor and/or master’s degree), preferable in IT or Economics· Foreign languages:o B2 in English, B2 in French· Skillso Excellent verbal and written communication skillso Autonomy, self-learner, ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-cultural teamo Proactive and reactive attitude, team spirit, client orientedo Excellent analytical skills, including analytical thinking and attention to details o Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to gather information from multiple sourceso Ability to analyze, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedureso Ability to perform a cost/benefit analysis Why join us SG GSC is a Great Place to Work certified company.
