We are looking for an experienced, field-based sales professional with an established network in the logistics industry who can help us expand our client portfolio and drive business growth.
Tasks
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients requiring recruitment and staffing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR Managers, Operations Managers, Logistics Directors, and business owners.
- Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.
- Understand client hiring needs and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the logistics and related sectors.
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the logistics sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
