What will you be doing as an HR Operations & Payroll Transformation Specialist
The HR Operations & Payroll Transformation Specialist supports HR Operations by assisting with payroll preparation, ensuring legal compliance for hiring and terminations, and providing pivotal employee relations support. This role streamlines HR processes, maintains employee data, and administers local employee benefits. This role also includes the coordination of the Payroll transformation project in Netherlands.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
Payroll Transformation Project Coordination: coordinating payroll transformation project for Netherlands with Payroll vendor and with global & local HR colleagues, reviewing requirements, supporting data migration, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
HR / Payroll Data Entry and Administration: submitting payroll data entry requests, managing new hire and leaver information, and submitting payroll tickets.
Time and Absence Data Management: uploading absence data and managing data in local time & attendance systems.
Monthly Payroll Process Oversight: reviewing, correcting, and approving payroll results, controlling payroll finance files, and processing payroll bank files.
Employee Query Resolution: resolving employee queries related to HR Operations and Payroll processes.
Benefits Administration: managing local employee benefits, including gathering and submitting request forms and handling yearly enrollment. What you can bring to the role:
3-4 years of Netherlands Payroll and HR Operations experience
Experience in payroll transformation is an advantage
Experience with process documentation
Fluent Dutch and English command
SuccessFactors user knowledge is an advantage
Proficient knowledge of Excel
