We are looking for a passionate and strategic professional to join our team as a Category Manager.
Your core priorities will be to:
- Oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of product categories within the company;
- Maximize sales by ensuring the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities;
- Analyze market and consumer trends, develop strategies, and manage pricing, promotions, and product assortment to drive profitability;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, define product positioning, collaborate with marketing teams, and forecast demand;
- Place and manage orders to ensure product availability aligns with customer needs;
- Define the positioning of product categories to maximize visibility and market impact;
- Take ownership of budget planning and revenue targets for the category.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Relevant experience in Business Development with a strategic approach;
- Experience in negotiating and partner management;
- Effective interpersonal skills to work as a team member;
- Ability to handle moderately complex issues/ engagements/ projects;
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel);
- Proficiency in English.
