Chief Accountant - 2 year contractWould you like to join an international IT Shared service center that delivers first class applications for the bank and clients around the world? We are looking for a Chief Accountant for a 2 years contract (maternity leave replacement). Within a dynamic organization, you will be working closely to every department including HR, PMO, and Legal departments. You will have the following responsibilities: Record all the accounting operations performed Registration of all reporting and accounting operations within the legal deadlines imposed Prepare the financial statements; Represents the company in relation with financial auditors; single point of contact for financial audit; Support and advice company management for new activities, products, partnerships; Validate of the financial clauses of the collaboration agreements with various partners; Centralize and process the evidence of suppliers / customers, cost statements, records balances, internal and external circulars using excel files of evidence and reconciliation; Draw up various financial reports using data extracted from the accounting system and operational reports; Draw up tax declarations and statistical reports; Responsible for ERP functionalities; issuance of correct financial reports; Represents the company in relation to tax authorities. Any other legal obligation incumbent on the Chief Accountant, according to the laws in force;Experience and technical skills Licensed in economic studies; Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; Accounting expert certificate PC: Microsoft Office: Excel – advanced; Word – medium; Power Point- medium Mandatory: English – advanced level (written/spoken) Nice to have: Knowledge in forecast planning (budgeting)We are not machines!
