And as you help us create a better world, we will help you build your own intellectual firepower. Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of Collections Consultant – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – Remote Romania! Responsibilities • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and related departments to collect outstanding debts in accordance with Standardized Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.• Manage files efficiently, including organizing and prioritizing written correspondence, requests, and phone calls, as well as conducting credit investigations.• Provide exceptional customer service through electronic channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.• Maintain a positive and professional image of the company and brand during all client interactions.• Demonstrate creativity and focus on process improvement by identifying and implementing changes to enhance debt collection procedures.• Verify and update customer information during each telephone exchange to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.• Negotiate immediate resolution of unpaid invoices through various methods, such as reinstating direct debits or facilitating payment via credit card.• Share relevant knowledge obtained through customer interactions with team members to foster collaboration and improve overall performance.• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and collection strategies.• Collaborate with colleagues to arrange flexible working schedules that accommodate business needs.• Successfully complete the training plan and regularly pass the process knowledge test (PKT) to maintain proficiency in collection processes.• Provide support and guidance to new colleagues, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.• Identify and communicate outdated information in Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) to process trainers and the management team for necessary updates and revisions.Note: This job description is subject to modification to align with the specific requirements and priorities of the client/organization.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills• Good knowledge of Spanish (C1) and English (B2) • Bachelor’s degree.• Good MS Office knowledge. • Analytical thinking and self-starter. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills• Relevant experience in phone customer service/collections.• High motivation and ability to learn. • Ability to work under time pressure.
