This entry-level position will be based in our Bucharest, Romania office. In this position you will work on a broad range of business matters requiring legal support. This position will receive training in many diverse legal topics and will have the opportunity to gain experience with a wide variety of agreements and projects. You will join a supportive, dynamic, and above all, friendly, legal department in a company which values the work/life balance and where a competitive salary and attractive benefits packages are on offer for the successful candidate.What you’ll doWork with the EMEA Legal team supporting a broad variety of legal work including software licensing, privacy, procurement, professional services, compliance, and intellectual property.Review, draft, and negotiate confidentiality agreements, procurement services agreements, collaboration on RFP/RFI documentation, and other various related actions for the support of these transactions.Cooperating and working closely with other legal team members in Munich, London, Dublin, Paris, Stockholm and Bucharest.Collaborate and coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, marketing, engineering, and business unit teams as necessary to support revenue, process transactions, to address corporate policies/processes and legal issues as they arise. Work on special project assignments, e.g. localization/translation projects and due diligence, based on the training that will be provided by Adobe.What you need to succeedA bachelor degree or 1st state exam in law.No prior experience but affinity to commercial aspects required (relevant experience handling commercial contracts, for a technology company would be an advantage).A broad knowledge of legal processes and terminology, and the ability to conduct basic legal research.Proficient use of MS office applications; comfortable using technology in general, and easily able to learn and successfully use multiple software systems and applications.Possess the ability to compose correspondence and draft legal documents in an organized manner and using clear and concise language.Demonstrated attention to detail; a positive, problem solving, business focused attitude; exercise of good judgment and the ability to prioritize substantial workload in a fast-paced environment.Stellar interpersonal skills whether with co-workers, vendors or customers alike, including excellent oral and written communication skills and a dedication to customer service.Fluent in written and spoken German as well as English language is required ,additional European languages is preferred.
