Responsibilities: Lead the procurement team; Oversee all aspects of the buying process to secure optimal pricing, quality, and service, while adhering to legal regulations and company guidelines; Utilize designated systems for managing buying processes, analysis, and documentation; Develop and implement plans to achieve buying targets, providing feedback for continual improvement; Manage team activities and resources within agreed budgetary controls; Foster stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and support; Facilitate collaboration between the buying department and other organizational units; Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to ensure performance targets are met; Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports as agreed; Demonstrate commitment, integrity, and exemplary work ethics for team members to follow; Adhere to organizational policies and contribute to special projects as needed.   Knowledge/Experience: 8 to 10 years of purchasing/procurement experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles; Proficiency in buying process management and experience with promotional items, POSM, VAP, or merchandising; Strong understanding of production processes and technical expertise in various manufacturing areas; Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills; Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities; Proven track record in coaching and developing teams; Proficient in IT tools such as Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; Fluency in English.   Key behaviors: Visionary leadership with a focus on results; Honest, accountable, and committed to ethical practices; Dedicated to client satisfaction and building sustainable partnerships; Innovative and driven to deliver success and competitive advantage; Enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible in approach.
