Collaboration with technical colleagues and regional businesses in the preparation of calculations for quotations, risk analysis, and professional currency management.
How You'll Make an Impact
Preparation of offers as well as analysis and commenting of contracts with internal and external suppliers as well as customers according to commercial, tax, insurance and legal aspects Preparation of calculations for quotation in collaboration with the technical colleagues and the regional companies as well as analysis of risks, and implementation of a professional currency management Negotiation of contracts, checking the creditworthiness of customers and preparation of order intake calculations together with technical colleagues Implementation of LoAs and bid releases by collecting all necessary information in time, including calculation, contract analysis and risk analysis Development of order intake planning for your countries, correct transfer of the relevant information into the plant's delivery planning as well as the volume planning of order execution What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or similar) as an alternative or addition.Successfully completed commercial training, as an industrial clerk.Several years of experience in the systems business, ideally in the field of energy transmission.Good knowledge of SAP/Spiridon and MS Office, knowledge in processing and visualizing data is a plus.Fluent language skills in English and German.Ability to cooperate, and strong communication skills.
