Ideal profile:
technical degree.
minimum 1-2 years' experience in the field of quality, preferably in the automotive industry.
knowledge about ISO 9001; ️️︄︅︈︈︈︆︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, 8D.
certification as an internal auditor (constitutes an advantage).
good PC skills.
advanced knowledge of English and / or German.
knowledge of quality and environment management.
communication skills, organization, own initiative.
analytical spirit, ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
Responsibilities:
Customer claim management – for nonconforming parts returned from ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀customer, 0km and field.
Monitoring of defined KPI’s for customer claim management process.
Handling of non-conforming parts: blocking / unblocking.
Coordinate sorting activities in house or external.
Performing audits in the manufacturing area, covering the processes according to annual master plan.
Reporting the quality status of customer claims, according to the defined report
