Responsabilitati:

• Dezvoltarea si gestionarea portofoliului de clienti din segmentul B2B (flote, IMM-uri, companii mari).

• Identificarea nevoilor clientilor si recomandarea celor mai potrivite solutii de mobilitate.

• Prezentarea, promovarea si vanzarea gamei de flote auto.

• Elaborarea ofertelor comerciale si configurarea vehiculelor in functie de cerintele clientului.

• Organizarea si desfasurarea test-drive-urilor si prezentarilor tehnice.

• Negocierea contractelor si finalizarea procesului de vanzare.

• Mentinerea unei colaborari constante cu departamentele interne: financiar, service, logistica, marketing.

• Monitorizarea pietei, a concurentei si a tendintelor din industria auto.

• Participarea la evenimente, expozitii si campanii de promovare.

• Asigurarea unui nivel ridicat de satisfactie a clientilor si mentinerea relatiei post-vanzare.

Cerinte:

• Studii universitare/postuniversitare;

• Experienta anterioara in vanzari B2B sau in domeniul auto;

• Excelente abilitati de comunicare si negociere;

• Cunostinte solide in tehnici de vanzare si negociere;

• Abilitati de comunicare excelente si orientare catre client;

• Persoana proactiva, cu initiativa si abilitati de gestionare a timpului;

• Cunostinte foarte bune de limba engleza;

• Permis de conducere categoria B;
