About the teamThe Continuous Improvement Associate will be part of the Continuous Improvement Team, operating within the Corporate Governance Department under the Research Division. The team is responsible for project management, process management and improvement, quality assurance, and technology improvement/ adoption within the Corporate Governance Department.About the position/roleThe associate will work with the Continuous Improvement Manager, as well as with other research managers and key stakeholders from other research departments and ICT, to coordinate the improvement of team processes, implement strategic projects (including technology-based initiatives) within the department, and analyse and report on key performance indicators. The role is ideally positioned to support innovation and improvement within the department and incorporates tasks such as data analysis, development of standard operating procedures, technology testing and support for technology adoption for the purpose of improving process efficiency, project management.Job responsibilitiesManages the maintenance process of standard operating procedures and oversees the development and implementation of improvement ideasSupports the execution of continuous improvement projects Supports the execution of the department’s project portfolioProvides business analysis for improvement projects (including efficiency improvement technology-based projects)Participates in/coordinates user acceptance tests for the team’s technical platforms Ensures monthly KPI reporting, analyses performance and proposes/implements mitigation actions Liaises with stakeholders from the research and ICT departmentsQualificationsMaster’s degreeGood project management skillsStrong analytical skills and creative, problem-solving attitudeData analysis skillsWell organized with ability to work cross-functionally with ease and manage competing interestsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Flexibility and adaptabilityProficiency with ExcelNice to haveExperience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI or Python; experience in statistical analysis; experience in working with databases (SQL); opportunity to further improve such skills within the role.Prior experience in business analysis, continuous improvement, project managementAbout UsSustainalytics is a Morningstar company dedicated to responsible investment with over 25 years' experience in ESG research and ratings.
