Responsibilities:
- Claims Management — review, analyze, and respond to Contractor claims (EOT, cost, disruption). Support the Project Manager in preparing fair and reasoned determinations.
- Variation Control — assist in evaluating variations, preparing instructions, validating cost/time impacts, and maintaining change logs.
- Performance Monitoring — track contractor obligations, milestones, and deliverables to ensure contractual performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction contract administration and claims evaluation.
- Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract (especially Red/Yellow Book) is a plus
- Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
