What to expect: As Lead Corporate Marketing and Communications (m/f/d) at our holding company in Ehningen, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of marketing activities and marketing projects as well as one of the strategic initiatives.The focus of your work is primarily on the marketing of technically and content-wise demanding topics (after sales, production, product engineering extended services, etc.) in off- and online media: Responsible for the entire marketing mix of one to two divisionsAdvising the division management on all marketing issuesDevelopment, implementation and controlling of a medium-term marketing strategyDevelopment of core messages and USPsPreparation of strategic marketing planning (budget etc.) and annual development of a marketing planProvision of high-quality, target group-oriented content (with internal/external experts)Responsibility for the implementation of all derived activities in line with deadlines, costs and qualityEnsuring the flow of information between all parties involved (marketing and corporate communications, HR marketing, unit contacts, etc.)Acting as a point of contact and knowledge carrierInternal and external control of marketing activities to those responsible for implementation, e.g. internal experts (graphics, social media, website) and external service providersCoordination of all interfaces including Sharepoint What you bring along: Successfully completed studies (business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, engineering, etc.)At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing or product management in a company (preferably temporarily on the agency side)Experience in the automotive, transportation and mobility industry is an advantageConfident handling and advisory skillsA sure instinct for marketing trendsHolistic and conceptual way of working, commitment, reliability, sense of responsibility and quality awarenessHigh level of creativity and enjoyment in developing new ideasTeam player with conviction and a willingness to work "hands-on"Enjoy coordinating topicsExcellent language skills in German and EnglishConfident handling of all Microsoft applicationsTechnical understanding/experience and text competence an advantage.
