Cruise Line Customer Advisor (Danish) - Remote from Portugal in Bucuresti

In this role, you will support one of the worlds fastest-growing cruise brands, guiding customers as they organise their dream voyages.

Salary & Benefits

  • 1500 x 14 salary

  • Relocation from outside Portugal:

    • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months

    • Monthly rent 280, all utilities included (deducted directly from payslip)

  • Remote work model (must be based in mainland Portugal)

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00/17:00

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and feel comfortable recommending additional or alternative options when relevant. Any level of sales experience is welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries

  • Provide professional guidance on cruise packages and destinations

  • When appropriate, offer package upgrades or alternative options

  • Deliver pre-booking and post-booking customer support

  • Assist travel agencies with booking management

  • Inform customers about documentation, prices, ships, destinations and related topics

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Any background in sales (retail, call centre, tourism, e-commerce, etc.)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach

  • Comfortable using digital tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
