Owns revenue opportunities from start to finish and is responsible for building and growing business relationships within their assigned accounts, channels and/or geographies. Equally important in the role is the customer experience day to day interactions with Panduit. The CEAM is the internal customer advocate for assigned accounts and geography and is responsible to coordinate across all functional departments to quickly resolve specific customer requests and needs, both stated and implied. The role provides transparency to customers on their orders and requests and provides preemptive solutions on significant matters impacting the customer experience. Key tasks include direct customer communication by a variety of channels, revenue generation, order management across the Panduit fulfillment chain, and information and exception management.Work Shift Plaza (Romania)
