Your responsibilitiesEnsuring our website is easy and pleasant to use.Overseeing post-sales communication, including transactional emails and usage and installation instructions.Monitoring the user journey and proposing changes to improve the experience.Liaising between departments to bring your ideas to life.You will be involved in the whole customer lifecycle, from their first land on our website to post-sales communication, online and off.You will be expected to work closely with our marketing and technical support teams to ensure our webshop and other communication channels are clear and intuitive, and leave our customers delighted with their shopping experience. Our requirementsPrevious experience in a similar position.Practical knowledge of UX/CX and the ability to put it to good use.Experience working in an e-commerce environment.Strong knowledge organization skills.Very good command of English: C1/C2.We're looking for a motivated and attentive individual to manage our customer's experience from start to finish.OptionalGood technical knowledge and a willingness to learn about the technologies our products are based on.An interest in the automotive and/or technology industries.
