Impact of the Role
This role plays a key part in Edenred’s growth strategy by:
Responsibilities:
·Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach (according to company allocation/segmentation) within the assigned geographical region: Alba, Hunedara, Sibiu
·Manages the relationship with clients in the portfolio;
·Identifies opportunities to sell the company’s products and services (cross-sell, up-sell) to portfolio clients by contacting them (via phone, email, online meetings, or face-to-face meetings); informs other members of the commercial
·Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
·Negotiates or renegotiates specific contractual terms with portfolio clients, in collaboration with the direct manager and in compliance with applicable legislation and internal company procedures;
·Prepares and delivers analyses and reports regarding the managed client portfolio;
·Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
·Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager in the NV area and Regional Strategic Manager.
·Track sales metrics and report on performance to management.
·Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
·Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
